Grace Lee

Chief People Officer

Grace Lee brings more than 25 years of experience in all disciplines of human capital management in globally diverse industries. Most recently, Ms. Lee was EVP, Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer at Lumentum Holdings, where she led the company’s global people and culture strategy and management. Before Lumentum, Ms. Lee held senior leadership roles at Cubic Corporation, Charles River Laboratories, Beckman Coulter (a Danaher company), and TTM Technologies. Ms. Lee serves as an Independent Board Director at Asure Software, where she is chair of the Nominating Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. She serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Ms. Lee holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Cornell University, a Master of Science degree in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of the Philippines. Her cultural initiatives have earned awards including Top Workplaces, Forbes Best Large Employer, Human Rights Campaign Equality 100, Forbes Best Employer for Diversity, and Bloomberg’s Gender Equality Index.
