Export Compliance Statement

It is the policy and intent of Coherent to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which we do business related to the export of our products, technology, and services. Exports must be made in compliance with all applicable U.S. export regulations, such as the Export Administration Regulations and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Coherent is also registered with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls as a manufacturer and exporter of defense articles.
