PPlus includes access to enhanced technical support (ETS) and prioritized service scheduling. For covered repairs, PPlus also includes Coherent genuine replacement parts, labor, and service travel, subject to the applicable service agreement.

Enhanced Technical Support (ETS)
Enhanced Technical Support (ETS) provides advanced remote technical support for eligible systems through expert diagnosis, video or virtual support, remote access where available, log file analysis, and extended phone or email support. ETS is designed to help accelerate issue resolution, reduce downtime, and improve service preparation when additional Coherent support, parts, field service, or depot repair is required.

They may include covered labor, inspections, adjustments, and eligible consumable parts, as defined in the applicable service agreement.
