The OMNIBEAM is a high volume manufacturing matching tool with precision power control designed for use with a wide variety of materials – primarily non-metals up to 25 mm. Simple user interface and job loading software simplifies work set up and increases productivity.
The OMNIBEAM is a compact, powerful, and flexible laser cutting system that is designed to be accurate and easy to use. With a cutting area of 48” x 48” (1.23m x 1.23m) and 12” (300 mm) of Z travel, it is capable of cutting a wide range of plastics and organics as well as metals in a production environment. Built on a sturdy, lightweight steel frame, the OMNIBEAM has excellent accuracy and repeatability.

A 4’ x 8’ (1.23m x 2.46m) version of the OMNIBEAM allows users to cut a full sheet of material (up to 4’ x 8’ size) seamlessly. Great for items like lattice work, screens, and other full size items, it is simple to use and fully integrated with the machine and process software with excellent accuracy and repeatability.
Optional Automatic or Manual pallet change increase productivity by allowing the machine to continue cutting while material is unloaded and loaded outside. Fully integrated to the machine’s software, the pallet changers can increase throughput and frees an operator to work on other tasks.
The optional Vision Alignment System is available and allows users to register the cutting process to the material, where compensations for scale, rotation, distortions and more can be made to ensure the accurate cutting of printed material, or re-working a part for added or missing features. The system registers to any mark, feature, hole or edge that the user specifies and is fully integrated with the machine’s software for easy control.
